WATCH
The Boys
The final season has just landed, so it’s about to be everywhere again. Dark, sharp, and a bit chaotic, it’s not your typical superhero watch. One to get into now before everyone starts talking about the ending.
If you haven’t watched it yet, now’s the time to start - just be warned, it’s not as light as it sounds.
LISTEN
Off Menu
Hosted by comedians Ed Gamble and James Acaster, this is a podcast we’ve been listening to on and off for years. Guests are invited into a ‘dream restaurant’ to choose their ultimate starter, main, side, dessert and drink, with lots of fun conversations along the way.
There are 300+ episodes to choose from, so it’s easy to dip in and out depending on your mood. Their guest list is pretty incredible, and chances are your favourite personalities have already been on at some point. A few of our favourite episodes include:
Bob Mortimer
Stephen Graham
Paul Rudd (highly recommend!)
Lily Allen
Perfect for background listening when you want something familiar, funny, and not too heavy.
DO
A post-dinner walk
Something we’ve really gotten into since the clocks changed. The evenings are lighter, the air feels better, and even 15 minutes outside can shift your mood and reset ready for the evening.
It’s said that a short walk after eating can also support digestion, while adding to your step count without you really noticing. So get outside, enjoy the last of the evening light, and give yourself a bit of space before the evening takes over.
